Service and Fellowship
Teen Challenge 2007
The High Schoolers meet on the first Sunday of the month at 9:00 a.m. in youth room 9 for discussion and breakfast followed by worship sitting together at the 10:00 a.m. service. On the first Monday and third Sunday, they usually meet in the evenings but hours vary according to the activity - meetings alternately focus on fun/fellowship and service. Youth who wish to participate are asked to fill out a permission slip and return it to The Rev. Emily Hillquist Davis.
High Schoolers focus on fellowship, education, worship and service. The Grace Church Youth have a strong tradition of community service participating in the Trinity Hot Lunch Program and an annual mission trip.
Opportunities for our youth to serve the church community are available through participation in the music program or by serving as an acolyte. The music program at Grace provides opportunities for our youth to participate in choir and handbells.
