Episcopal City Mission

Episcopal City Mission serves 3000 young people in juvenile detention centers in St. Louis City and County. It is unique in the Episcopal Church in the U.S.A. For 50 years, our chaplains have been the only authorized ministry for these confined youngsters.

In association with the Episcopal City Mission, Grace Church provides an annual birthday party for the young people at the St. Louis City Juvenile Detention Center. Each year, Grace Church provides a grant for the chaplaincy and Christmas gifts for the youth. In addition, Grace holds a yearly fund drive for the Episcopal City Mission/Chaplaincy.
